Click on Start My Enrollment button to complete all required information. Then select your preferred payment method for the $150 enrollment fee for each student. Then select your course selection. The enrollment fee is billed per school year for new students. This fee is separate from tuition prices and is non-refundable. Tuition is based on courses taken, it does not vary per curriculum program used.
Single Course: Completed in 3 to 6 weeks*
One Semester Course: Completed in 9 Weeks*
Two Semester Courses: Completed in 12 Weeks*
Three or More Semester Courses: Completed in 18 Weeks*
Full Time Enrollment: Full time students are enrolled in six courses per semester and twelve courses per year. Additional courses may be purchased at the single course enrollment rate.
Full Time Tuition: Rates vary depending on the program you choose.
Full Time Rate: $2,500 Annual Tuition* (12 Semester Courses)
Part Time Enrollment: Part time students are enrolled in three courses per semester and six courses per year. Additional courses may be purchased at the single course enrollment rate.
Part Time Tuition: Rates vary depending on the program you choose.
Part Time Enrollment: $1,250 Annual Tuition* (6 Semester Courses)
Single Course Enrollment: Single Course students are enrolled into as many courses as they choose.

What Is Included:
Graham Private Christian Online Learning: All enrollment packages include costs for curriculum, teacher and administrative wages, school overhead, etc. It also covers the cost for transcript requests and other student record related processes.
What Is Not Included:
A one-time, non-refundable, enrollment fee of $150 will be added to all initial first-time enrollments to cover costs associated with enrollment. In addition, some classes may require additional materials such as art supplies or novels (if not available from a local library or online source). Courses requiring additional supplies will be noted and should be reviewed prior to enrollment to ensure adequate access to learning materials.
Pacing for Single Course Enrollments: Students taking one, single semester course will be scheduled to complete the course in three, six or nine school weeks, rather than the whole semester. Students taking two or more courses in a semester may have the whole semester to complete the course.
Math Tutoring for Single Course Enrollments:
Only students taking three or more simultaneous courses will have access to the math tutoring. Part-time students taking less than three simultaneous courses in a semester may purchase access to the math tutoring at a rate of $250 per semester.
Frequency of Teacher Meetings Course Enrollments:
The frequency and total duration of one-to-one virtual meetings with the teacher will vary depending on the number of courses attempted per semester. One single semester course, taken alone, will include two, hour long meetings with the teacher per week. Two semester courses taken simultaneously will include three, hour long meetings with the teacher per week. Three semester courses taken simultaneously will include a total of 4 hours of meetings with the teacher per week. Four or more semester courses taken simultaneously will include five hours per school week for the duration of the semester.
Extension Fee: Students who do not complete their coursework within the allotted time, may request following extensions:
1 Week – $85.00
1 Month – $300.00
3 Months – $900.00
$100.00 Re-activation fee if the account is inactive.
Wire Transactions: Please include additional $50.00 to cover wire fees.
Transfer and senior students who do not require an entire year/grade level of course work are assessed a $250.00 diploma fee.
